Opened in 1982, Belcourt is an exclusive guard-gated community on 114 acres with gracious homes in combination with custom home sites. Belcourt features many grand tennis estates and has a range of architectural styles. The community is noted for its large lots, wide streets and mature trees. The streetscene along MacArthur Boulevard was inspired by Roberto Burle Marx, a mentor of Don Brinkerhoff’s, who designed Copa Cabana in Brazil.
