Opened officially in 1985 and spread out over 380 acres, this community features 902 condo-style homes. Throughout the project is a golf course designed by Ted Robinson with the landscape palette designed by Lifescapes. There’s a significant emphasis on lakes and streams with a system of artificial rock formations and whitewater flow that is now the industry standard.
